On July 18 my darling girl SCARLET gave birth to five lovely Icie puppies, and we have 3 adorable boys and 2 precious girls!  Scarlet takes after her dam RAIN, and is a wonderful, natural mom!

Let me tell you a little about SNATI … first of all, that his reputation precedes him!

Snati is a pretty big deal in the Icelandic Sheepdog world. He quickly won both his AKC Championship and Grand Championship titles, then became the youngest Icelandic Sheepdog in the U.S. to win his Bronze Grand Championship at the age of just 22 months. SNATI was ranked in the U.S. top 10 for multiple years, finishing as high as the #2 Icelandic Sheepdog in the country. He has multiple group placements to his credit, is an International Champion, and attained his Silver Grand Championship at just three years of age.

As impressive as all that is, it is always a singular honor to win at the breed’s National Specialty Show, where once every year Icies come from all over the United States (as well as other countries) to compete. SNATI was a National Specialty Best In Show Sweepstakes winner, a National Specialty Select award recipient, and in 2016 won BEST OF BREED at the Icelandic Sheepdog National Specialty.

It is no exaggeration to say that SNATI has done it all!

SNATI also has something that makes him an extremely special dog in my estimation … a sweet, easy-going and even temperament that makes him a joy to be around. He is a wonderful boy with a wonderful attitude.
