BOSS GCHB/CH Vali’s Study In Scarlet

I will be breeding my lovely girl SCARLET when she comes into season this Summer.

Scarlet is quite simply FABULOUS! From the moment she was born, we knew that we were in the presence of a true DIVA lol! Scarlet is a AKC Champion, an AKC BRONZE Grand Champion, a GROUP WINNER, has MULTIPLE Group Placements, was SELECT at the 2022 Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, and along the way has collected a host of fans and admirers. She is currently the #1 Icelandic Sheepdog bitch in the U.S., in both breed and All-Breed statistics. She also just won the #1 Icelandic Sheepdog for 2022 and the 2022 Best Opposite in the ISAA Specialty Show.

Her nickname is “The Princess”, and that is wonderfully appropriate! Her outgoing, confident attitude makes her the perfect breed ambassador, and her calm, easy-going nature makes her a joy to live with (and she reigns supreme from her throne on the leather ottoman lol). She is truly one-in-a-million!

“Bubbie” is a legend. The first Icelandic Sheepdog All-Breed Best In Show winner in U.S. history, Bubbie set the bar for Icies THEN and NOW. Needless to say, Bubbie is a gorgeous boy, and needs no introduction. I flew out to Seattle to stay with Bubbie and his owner a few years ago, and got to spend a week with him and his mom Rasa (what a character she is lol). I was impressed with Bubbie’s lovely substance and bone (something that IMO the Icelandic Sheepdogs today are in DIRE need of) … as well as his impeccable movement and solid-as-a-rock structure. Honestly, though, I was MOST enamored with his sweet, easy-going temperament and super-friendly attitude.

Bubbie’s titles and record are legendary … and I am VERY excited about this upcoming litter of Scarlet x Bubbie puppies, with sire and dam both national superstars in their own right.
